Dr. Suzy Broadhurst - Veterinarian

Dr. Suzy Broadhurst has always loved animals and started out her veterinary career with racing thoroughbreds in Kentucky.

She quickly learned that her true passion was with small animal medicine and surgery. She earned her Bachelor in Biological Sciences at Butler University in Indiana, her Master’s degree in Medical Genetics & Reproductive Medicine from the University of Sydney, Australia, and her veterinary degree from Glasgow University in Scotland in 2008.

The love of world travel was clearly on the agenda. Most of her family (and her husband's family) live in Fleming Island, and they cannot be happier to be back from their last military move and living the Island life. Dr. Broadhurst loves all aspects of veterinary medicine but also loves preventative care, reproductive health, surgery, and community outreach with rescues.
